This is now my go to spot…I have visited this cafe 3 times and every time I have came the staff was very friendly and drinks never disappointed. I LOVEE the lids here, you can open and close the lids on the top! Very useful when your out and about So far I have tried the strawberry matcha, banana matcha, and chai with hazelnut cold foam. I can say all are a 10/10! it’s also a perfect spot to come here to either study, have a good breakfast or lunch. The cafe inside is very cute and aesthetic.

The decor featured stylish touches and comfortable seating, complemented by upbeat music and bright, welcoming lighting. Service was prompt and professional, with staff attentive to guests’ needs and eager to answer questions about the menu. The team kept the atmosphere cheerful, handling the large turnout skillfully. Guests looked genuinely happy, with many commenting on the excellent coffee and friendly service. Would I recommend visiting? 100% Absolutely.

Citas Café truly lives up to its name. Their customer service is honestly out of the norm 🥹 so polite, so welcoming, and so intentional. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re meant to be there. It really feels like a cita 🤍 a special moment shared with your loved ones, your people. Today we came for brunch to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and they went completely out of their way to make her feel special. When they found out it was her birthday, they paused the whole restaurant, the owners and staff came out, sang Happy Birthday, and brought her a cake with a candle 🥹🤍. It was such a sweet, thoughtful moment that truly touched all of us. On top of that, the food is so good and the drinks are absolutely delicious. Everything we tried was amazing. This is truly a must-visit place in Hollister. If you’re looking for great food, incredible service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere, Citas Café is the place. Definitely make your special citas here 🥹☕️🤍

Amazing service and a delicious breakfast stop! We had the Cafe de Olla Latte and Caprese Avocado Toast. So good! Must visit while you’re in Hollister.

Great spot. Great coffee. Beautifully designed. Friendly staff. The interior is actually even more well designed their (already great) photos show online. There are ~7 tables inside. 3 round tables outside with umbrellas. Plenty of room to sit, meet, collaborate or just pick up. I was here for 2 hours waiting for my son to take his SAT tests, so had a good chance to observe the atmosphere on a Saturday morning. Customers coming in and out all morning, but always still places to sit.

We stopped here on our morning camping trip to pinnacles and the macchiato & match latte were SO good!!! Chocolate croissant and banana bread were also delicious. Super nice staff and overall very cute cafe. Highly recommend!!

Cute little place for coffee and pastry on the way to Pinnacles NP. Friendly staff and a favorite for locals too. Amazing high-piled almond croissants fresh daily from a nearby bakery.

This place is the refinement of a café. Such a cute and immaculately clean place. I walked in and I immediately wanted to take a picture. 10+stars! The staff are patient and friendly, and the drinks are delicious. I was just passing through, and I will definitely save this place to come back. This is what a good business looks like. Organized, efficient and full of loving care to serve others. Thank you!
